Who Are We

LUTHERAN BRAILLE WORKERS-CANADA is a non-profit charitable organization, dedicated to providing the Word of God to the blind and visually impaired. The organization was incorporated in Canada in 1992, and has its own Board of Directors.

There are presently ten work Centres in Canada, all volunteer run, by approximately 300 dedicated volunteers. The Work Centres are located in Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Volunteers originate from Lutheran congregations hosting the centres, members of other Lutheran congregations in the area and the community at large.

The goal of Lutheran Braille Workers-Canada is to earnestly continue in the work Christ has set before us. We pray that we can continue to expand his Ministry.

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." Psalm 119:105 KJV
